SPORTY SATURDAY

Sporty Saturdays comprises of workout sessions with athletes which aim to promote interaction and give a chance for them to exercise in the comfort of their homes as their training sessions have been called off due to COVID-19 Phase 2 Heightened Alert. The athletes would be assigned into breakout rooms of about 5, and 1 to 2 members of the core team will go through various exercises together. Fitness Saturday’s are held over Zoom. 3 sets of exercises will be done, which include jumping jacks, push-ups, sit-ups, plank, etc.
